CD Donahue helped us with a home renovation 25 years earlier, so I knew they were who we needed to call. Chuck, his son, Thomas, and their entire team are incredible. They are skilled craftsmen, responsive, honest, kept the site immaculate, and made the project fun - even the many painstaking decisions around my desire to renovate and refresh some parts of the house while preserving and restoring others. Just before the pandemic hit, Chuck and Thomas started a broad ranging project updating my 1901 house. From completely reconfiguring and remaking the original 100+ year old main bathroom, updating lighting, constructing and updating built-ins and the master bedroom fireplace mantel, repointing fireboxes, replacing balusters, repairing natural woodwork and stair treads, refinishing wood floors, and repainting most of the interior, every aspect of the project was completed timely and with skill and attention to detail. Chuck and Thomas and every one of their subcontractors cleaned up daily and were quiet, courteous and respectful. In the midst of a pandemic, it was a pleasure to have them in my home. They did an exceptional job on everything and I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work. I will definitely use them again for future projects and strongly recommend them without reservation.

We've worked with CD Donahue for 15 years. They have done work in my home as well as my dental office. I feel comfortable having them do big projects or smaller ones, commercial or residential. I know they will do both with the same level of care and detail. I find them extremely professional and easy to work with. The work they do is high quality, they show up on time and they clean up. They are very careful to protect the surrounding areas when they do work. They also have wonderful subcontractors that are equally courteous and professional. I am a stickler, about having things done right, and they always surpass my expectations. I highly recommend them!
C.D. Donahue has been our contractor for 25 years! I would never use anyone else. The quality of the work is outstanding. They work with your through every aspect of a project and are very responsive to mid-project changes. We have used them for minor renovations to major (doubling the size of our house) additions and have always been thrilled with the end product. The staff is courteous, timely and very professional.
